Registration Policy
- Paper Presentation: All papers must be presented at the conference, preferably in person as Oral or Poster presentations (according to the final Program Chairs’ notification).
- Attendance: In-site attendance is strongly recommended as the conference is meant to be an opportunity for scholars to connect, share insights, and reinforce the sense of community that has always been at the heart of this conference.
However, remote attendance is permitted for those unable to attend in person due to significant reasons, ensuring broader community connection and sharing. - Registration Requirement: All conference attendees, including paper presenters, poster presenters, and general participants, must register for the conference.
- Author Registration: At least one author for each accepted paper must register for the NLDB 2024 Conference at the in-person fees rate (even if the paper is presented remotely) by the registration deadline (tba) for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and the program.

- Regular: €450
- Student: €300
Late Registration (deadline to be announced):
- Regular: €550
- Student: €400
Student Registration:
We are committed to fostering the participation of young researchers and students in the NLDB 2024 conference. To accommodate as many young minds as possible, we have reduced the student registration fees. We believe that this will provide an excellent opportunity for students to engage with the latest research and industrial applications of Natural Language Processing across information systems.
Conference Registration Fees include: NLDB conference, Coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, and Social Dinner.
Extra tickets for the social dinner can be purchased at the time of the registration.
